A hardy, dense spreading ground cover with glossy green foliage and a distinct creamy yellow variegation, producing masses of mid blue flowers on 30cm stems making for a vivid display from Spring to Autumn. Drought hardy, and easy to grow.

Ajuga prefer a full sun or partly shaded position. Creeping across the ground, they form tight, weed supressing mats, and produce an abundance of flowers. Grown for both their foliage tones and bright blooms, these hardy perennials grow in a variety of locations and punch well above their weight for garden versatility.
Prepare your beds to a depth of 20cm, making sure the soil is light and fluffy. Plant your plant with the crown slightly exposed. Allow 30cm between each plant, however a less full result can be achieved if you choose to plant further apart.
