Hosta 'LEMON SNAP'
A delightful and compact variety of Hosta featuring heart-shaped, yellow leaves with red petioles. The red color often bleeds into the midrib of the leaf, creating a striking contrast. In summer, it produces pale purple flowers on dark purple scapes.

Hosta need a shaded position, but can tolerate dappled light. The more light they receive the better their flowering, however, the lighter and less intense their foliage may be.
If growing your Hosta in a pot, select a high quality potting mix that is free draining. Some gravel in the base of the pot will assist with any drainage issues. Ensure the crown is well fed and watered right up until dormancy.
Hosta are happy to naturalise in the ground for many years. Feed your plants with a liquid fertiliser and some aged manure through out their growing season.
Remember - Snails and slugs love Hosta nearly as much as we do. Please use preventative measures to keep the buggers away!
