Kniphofia Little Maid (Red Hot Poker)
Kniphofia 'LITTLE MAID'
Kinphofia Little Maid, as the name suggests is a shorter growing summer blooming cultivar. Lemon blooms, tending cream, with thin foliage make for an ideal clumping plant, tough and hardy.
The VIVID display of the winter blooming Red Hot Pokers simply can't be missed. This hardy genus of perennials perform well in our Australian conditions. The blooms are popular cut flowers, and attract a wide array of bird and insect life.

Re-plant as soon as possible, leaving the foliage out of the ground and fully covering the hard root system. Water in, fertilize with pretty much whatever you have and away you go. Once established they will survive (even thrive) off whatever natural rainfall you receive.
Happy Gardening!
