A stunning selection of miniature daffodils all bred from the striking Narcissus Gold Step. Variable in nature but all rich gold in colour, they are long lasting, have reed like foliage and are simply a must have for any garden guru! Very limited supply.

Bred in Australia for the toughest of Australian conditions! Support our local breeders and encourage the hobby of breeding local grown bulbs to continue :)

Hardy and bright, nothing heralds the start to spring like Daffodils. Their bold, long lasting blooms emerge in Mid Winter (Melbourne) through to early spring and make for exceptional cut flowers.

Daffodils need a full sun position, but can tolerate some dappled light. Prepare your beds to a depth of 20cm, making sure the soil is light and fluffy. Plant the bulbs with the 'fat' end down at a depth of 6cm. Allow 10cm between each bulb, however a less full result can be achieved if you choose to plant further apart.

If growing your Daffodils in a pot, select a high quality potting mix that is free draining. Some gravel in the base of the pot will assist with any drainage issues. Ensure the bulb is well fed and watered right up until dormancy.

Daffodils DO NOT require refrigeration, and are happy to naturalise in the ground for many years. Feed your bulbs as they come into bloom, and make sure you leave the foliage to fully die down - this feeds and grows NEXT years flower.

Happy Gardening!

Please note, This product is available in mid-February and you are preordering as we do not dispatch our bulbs until the 3rd week of February. Orders are dispatched in order of receipt, we appreciate your patience with our initial backlog. We also do not recommend planting until the end of March. Bulbs should be stored in a cool, dry location prior to planting.
